We are sad to announce the passing of the Honorable John Otto ’70. We send our condolences to his wife, Nancy, and their family. Chairman Otto was a good friend of the PAC and he and Nancy have been great supporters of ours. John will be greatly missed. Funeral arrangements can be found here.
