Mike Shaw graduated from Texas A&M in 1968 with a BBA. While at Texas A&M, Mike was a member of the Corps of Cadets, a Distinguished Military Student and graduate. He is a Vietnam Veteran who served two years as an officer in the U.S. Army. In 1968, while attending graduate school, he began working in the automobile business and has been involved ever since. He currently owns and operates seven dealerships in three states.
Mike and his wife, Nancy, support many organizations including: AKA Canine Health Foundation, South Texas Charity Quail Hunt, Animal Shelters and Adoption Centers, Paul Harris Fellow – Rotary Club, Take the Lead, Boy Scouts of America, St. Barnabas Episcopal Church and the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation. Mike has generously contributed to the 12thMan Foundation capital funding projects and is a member of the 12th Man Foundation Board. His wife,Nancy, is a member of the Texas A&M Veterinarian Development Council. He financially supports the A&M Clubs in San Antonio, Denver and Corpus Christi.
Mike and Nancy have been married for 50 years and have three children and three grandchildren.
