Bill Moore advises businesses regarding regulatory, environmental, business, and legislative matters, primarily representing clients in the energy industry. With extensive experience in regulatory and legislative matters, Bill has represented a variety of competitive and regulated electric interests over his career, including Texas’s largest regulated electric utility, the state’s largest municipal utility, Texas’s largest power generation and mining company, a large power generation cooperative, Texas’s largest retail electric provider, a large out-of-state power generation company, investors in power generation facilities, a large mid-stream oil and gas company, a competitive merchant transmission business, and an oil and gas exploration and production company. He represents clients in business-to-business interactions and before state and federal courts and regulatory bodies, the Texas Legislature, Congress, and local governments.
